Responsibilities

• Welcome potential residents via phone or in-person to the GSC community.

• Assist in their search for a new apartment home by showing apartments and providing a tour of the

community.

• Coordinate the rental application and qualification process with prospective residents.

• Collaborate with the Property Manager in coordinating community and resident appreciation events.

• Assist residents with lease renewals and various requests.

• Provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, applicants, internal associates, and external

vendors.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or older

• At least 1+ year experience in sales and customer service.

• Previous leasing experience is a plus.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• A willingness to learn, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a team.
