Operations Manager - Charlotte, NC

The Role

The Operations Manager oversees daily warehouse operations, directs a team of 3, and coordinates overall logistics. This position ensures smooth scheduling, strict safety compliance, efficient delivery management, and accurate order processing while supporting facility and fleet management needs.

What You Will Do

Operations & Logistics: Manage all warehouse operations and supervise shop personnel. Coordinate work schedules for warehouse staff and delivery drivers. Review and process picking slips and delivery tickets with the warehouse foreman.
Fleet & Facility Administration: Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and mileage logbooks. Track and manage company vehicle fuel cards. Serve as the liaison for uniform services and coordinate building maintenance.

What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and leading.
