Position Overview

As a Barista at Scooter’s Coffee North Aurora, you’ll be the friendly face and skilled hand behind every exceptional cup of coffee. You will prepare handcrafted beverages, build genuine connections with customers, and help maintain a clean, fast-paced, and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers with a warm, upbeat attitude
  • Prepare and serve all Scooter’s Coffee beverages and food items to company standards
  • Operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter, espresso bar, and drive-thru
  • Support teammates to ensure speedy, quality service during all shifts
