Job description

Position Summary:
As a BDC Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers reaching out via phone, email, and online inquiries. Your role is to engage with leads, schedule appointments, and follow up to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to dealership visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, and chat inquiries using scripts and templates.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and past customers.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales department.
  • Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Work alternate shifts and be available to work some Saturdays.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or automotive BDC role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and some Saturdays.
  • Valid driver's license
