Hello,

SMART is actively recruiting for emergency medicine locum physicians for coverage in Frankfort, KY. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and is ongoing.

Shift(s) Description:

Mon-Fri - 7a-7p, 1p-9p, 7p-7a
Saturday and Sunday 7a-7p, 7p-7a
Day & Nights Required
Minimum shift req: 4
Details description:

  • Specialty Required: Emergency Medicine
  • Facility Bed Size: 173
  • ED, Fast Track & ICU Bed Size: 28 ED beds, 1 trauma bay, 5 fast tracks
  • ED Volume: 29k-32k
  • EMR Charting: Meditech w/ Dragon
  • Scribe & Staff Support: No Scribe; APPs: 8a-5p, 4p-12a, 5p-2a
  • ED Patients per Hour: 2-3
  • Weekend: Y, Call: N

Submission Requirements
• Board Eligible: ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
• Board Certified: ACLS
MUST be able to show they have seen at least 100 patients in the last 12 months.
