The Line Cook position is responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with company quality and service standards.
  • Coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked timely and with accuracy
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of all menu items and ingredients used in recipes
  • Ensuring that all food temperatures are appropriate for menu item
  • Must be able to take direction and delegate well.
  • Promotes a team atmosphere/works well on a team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skill

  • Works in fast-paced, fluid environment
