What You'll Do

As a Relationship Specialist, you'll serve as a Universal Associate, supporting a variety of branch functions and helping members with their everyday banking needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing teller transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Opening and closing member accounts
  • Completing account maintenance and servicing requests
  • Assisting with debit card and account-related support
  • Identifying member needs through meaningful conversations and recommending appropriate products and services
  • Creating opportunities to deepen member relationships through exceptional service and financial solutions
  • Directing branch traffic and ensuring a smooth member experience
  • Supporting multiple branch locations as needed
  • Achieving individual sales and service goals while maintaining a member-first focus
  • Staying current on credit union policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements
