Mix Operator – Food Production (2nd Shift)

Torrance, CA | $22.00/hr + $0.50 shift differential | 2nd Shift (1:00 PM start)
Long-term contract – potential for growth

About the Role

Seeking Mix Operators / Processing Techs to join our food production team. This role is perfect for candidates with food manufacturing experience, especially in mixing dry ingredients or working with ingredient mixing machines.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and monitor mixing equipment to ensure dough meets quality standards
  • Weigh and add ingredients, record batch data, and maintain accurate logs
  • Transport raw materials and finished dough using FIFO and manual pallet jacks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area (GMP compliance)
  • Report equipment issues or product deviations to supervisors
  • Support food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of food production or manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a hot production environment
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
