IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Systems Administrator to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job. Client is considering only LOCAL CANDIDATES for this role.  

Job Description

-Configure, install, test, implement and software and hardware including but not limited to troubleshooting and support. Respond to and resolve Incident and Request tickets. (50%)

-Monitor real time application servers and isolate bottlenecks. Analyze and diagnose problems from monitors, dumps, and other available information. Monitors and reports server performance and utilization data and summarizes for reporting. (20%)

-Document server builds, disaster recovery procedures, unit policies and procedures, hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair procedures. Review server audit logs for inappropriate uses. Reviews server security configurations for questionable or inappropriate authorizations and permissions. (15%)

-Participates in the implementation support of application servers, client/server systems, and applications in concert with other network and IT staff. (15%)

Qualifications

-3+ years experience in Windows 7 and newer (Current certification a plus)

-3+ years experience in Windows Server 2008 (Current certification a plus)

-2+ years experience in Windows Server 2012 (Current certification a plus)

-Advanced experience with VBScript and PowerShell (2+ years)

-Intermediate experience with Microsoft .Net Support (2+ years)

-Advanced experience with SQL Server 2008 & newer (3+ years)

-Intermediate experience with Oracle, Experience with Computer Associates (CA) products is preferred, Experience with McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator 4.6 (ePO) and newer
