The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally and ;Responsibilities: • Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine the scope of work and materials needed.  Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to understand project requirements and expectations.  Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates . Consult with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing and availability of required materials. Assist in the preparation of bid proposals .  Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects

Previous some experience as an Estimator in the construction industry in estimating 

Effective communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine the scope of work and materials needed
