Job description

Step into a day on our door line

You clock in at 3:00 p.m. at 280 Donovan, Stanley, VA. On any given evening, you might start by loading raw materials, rotate to an assembly station to craft components, and finish by guiding finished doors safely to the next stage. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates across Assembly, Forklift, Machine Operation, and Maintenance, rotating where needed to keep production flowing and quality high.

Where you'll work and when
  • Location: 280 Donovan, Stanley, VA (in person)
  • Shifts: 1st shift 4:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.; 2nd shift 3:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday; Morning and Evening shift options
  • Expected hours: 40–50 per week

  • Base pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour
  • Differential: +$2.00/hour for eligible shifts
