Job Location: 5251 W Reno Ave. Ste. E Oklahoma City, OK 73127
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assigns staff to produce orders according to desired or anticipated production schedule.
  • Works with Door Production Coordinator to determine desired production times.
  • Creates daily/weekly schedule to assist staff in planning their work activities.
  • Coordinates flow of orders to be produced for door shop personnel.
  • Responsible for checking to ensure accuracy and efficiency on orders.
  • Works closely with Quality Control Coordinator on application and adherence of quality standards within the door shop.
  • Oversees routine maintenance and repairs to machinery.
  • Sets tone & direction for proper inventory management within door shop.
  • Responds to customers and/or sales staff complaints/concerns regarding door quality & scheduling.
  • Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self & door shop personnel.
  • Conducts periodic safety meetings as required. May recommend changes to improve safety procedures.
  • Takes steps necessary to ensure that staff are being recruited and trained for future growth.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Good computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to organize multiple activities for self and others and coordinate completion of tasks.
  • Ability to maintain favorable relations with co-workers and customers.
