Under direct supervision of the Door Shop Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for all aspects of door manufacturing and people management.
Responsibilities
  • Understand how to perform every position in the plant efficiently and correctly
  • Understand current production practices and learn to form new ones
  • Understand all aspects of people management
  • Ensure the accuracy of the Quality Control Program
  • Be involved the evaluations of hourly associates
  • Prepare paperwork and participate in inventories
  • Audit outgoing loads for completeness
  • Correct all quality issues and develop solutions to prevent them from occurring in the future

Qualifications
  • Able to speak, read and write English
  • Able to speak, read and write Spanish, or be willing to learn (where applicable)
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift 80 pound
