POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Door to Door Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in recruiting, hiring, and training a high-performing door-to-door sales team. You will provide mentorship, guidance, and ongoing training to ensure the success of our sales representatives. Additionally, you will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional sales skills and professionalism to inspire and motivate your team. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $100k per year, accompanied by excellent benefits, bonuses, and additional perks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
