Door Manufacturing Team Member

Position Overview
As a Door Manufacturing Team Member, you will play a key role in the assembly, production, and quality control of our products. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Fridays: As needed

Compensation
Starting at $19.00/hour or higher, depending on experience (DOE)


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing equipment including saws, drills, and CNC machines
  • Assemble door panels, frames, and hardware components
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
  • Maintain equipment and contribute to a safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise
