Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate Bell Staff to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
  • Ensure all VIP guests are personally welcomed and escorted to their accommodations.
  • Inspect resort transportation vehicles daily to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to maintain service standards and departmental procedures.
  • Maintain the lobby, porte-cochère, and Bell Desk areas in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
  • Attend departmental and resort meetings as assigned.
  • Monitor and inventory departmental equipment and supplies to ensure adequate stock and proper maintenance.
  • Maintain brochure displays and informational materials for guest use.
  • Coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of guest luggage, laundry, packages, mail, newspapers, checkout packets, and other guest correspondence.
  • Ensure luggage carts and departmental equipment are cleaned, polished, and maintained in excellent condition.
  • Assist with transportation, door attendant, and other Front Office operations as needed.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Front Office Manager or leadership team.

Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism, patience, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to effectively interact with guests, visitors, and team members from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to read and understand luggage tags, rooming lists, schedules, and departmental documentation.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and transport luggage, packages, and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and move throughout the resort for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to handle luggage and operate departmental equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as business demands require.
