- Audit detail for accuracy and compliance with accounting procedures.
- Identify and report discrepancies from procedure and cash variances.
- Input data to PC and sales systems, balance and reconcile all information, distribute sales reports, completion of special projects as assigned.
- Identify trends in irregularities and provide input for solutions.
- Provide teamwork and quality service to all customers and team members.
- Insures proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.
- Audit cash drawers on a random basis to check for cash accuracy, procedures and variances.
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, maintaining confidentiality. High attention to detail.
- Is consistently at work and on time; arrives at meetings and appointments on time.
- Observes safety and security procedures.

Education/Experience: - Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University program in a related field.
- Able to work confidently within multiple point of sale systems, and software programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Able to learn new software.
- Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Proficient in 10 key. Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Compute rate, ratio, and percent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
