Job description

Responsibilities
  • Development, maintenance, interpretation, and optimization of OT systems, processes, and procedures
  • Performance/support and procedural interpretation of reviews and assessments, including causal analysis and corrective action development, to ensure compliance with Site/Company level procedures and DOE Orders
  • Enabling the acceleration of optimization activities to support the SRMC missions and objectives
  • Alignment of a common set of procedures and practices across SRMC facilities to maximize efficiency
  • Implementation of regulatory changes
  • Maintenance of OT software configuration management systems
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • BS Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university with relevant professional engineering experience
  • Experience in leading and managing complex technical teams and projects
  • Experience within the DOE complex working with DOE Orders and procedural compliance
  • Working knowledge of Software Quality Assurance and engineering standards, specifically ASME NQA-1
  • Ability to interface effectively with various clients, cross-disciplinary departments, support organizations, and management, and periodically with outside stakeholders/organizations (e.g. DOE, regulators, affiliates, companies)
  • Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, both verbally and in writing.
