We have a career opportunity for a Sr. ServiceNow Developer supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). This role includes support for the Operations, Sustainment, Maintenance, Repair, and Defense of the Defense Information System Network (DISN) within the DOD Information Network (DODIN), as well as support for DISA's operational transformation through innovation and mission partner support. Candidates must hold an active DoD Secret clearance and an active Security+ certification (or equivalent DOD 8570 IAT Level II or higher) prior to starting. Candidates must be able to work on-site daily at one of the following locations: Fort Meade, MD, Scott AFB (Belleville, IL), or Hill AFB (Ogden, UT). As Sr. ServiceNow Developer, you will perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation. You will work with external and internal stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with emphasis on request fulfillment, automated workflows through ServiceNow Service Catalogs, and key ITIL processes including Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and other modules. Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow's ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules
- Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles
- Create, maintain, and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports
- Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc.)
- Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades
- Assist with design, creation, and cataloging of business process flows Basic Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret clearance required — candidates without an active clearance will not be considered
- Active Security+ certification (or equivalent DOD 8570 IAT Level II or higher) required prior to start date
- Must be local to and able to commute daily to one of the following locations: Fort Meade, MD | Belleville, IL (Scott AFB) | Ogden, UT (Hill AFB)
- Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6–10 years of prior relevant experience; additional years of work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
- At least 6 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure
- At least 4 years of ServiceNow development experience
