Overview:
Xerox is looking for a customer-focused Technical Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process. In this role, you will partner with Sales Representatives to assess customer needs, recommend office technology solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption. What You Will Do:
  • Partner with Direct Sales Representatives as the technical subject matter expert during customer engagements
  • Conduct pre-sales needs assessments and recommend solutions that align with customer business objectives
  • Present technical solutions in a clear, customer-friendly manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Lead product installations, configuration, and customer onboarding activities to support successful adoption
  • Support product evaluations and trial periods to help customers maximize the value of Xerox solutions and support end users training.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B technical sales or technical sales support
  • Experience with office software solutions such as DocuWare, DocuShare, PaperCut, Workplace Cloud, or similar technologies is preferred
  • Knowledge of solution-based sales methodologies and customer consultation practices
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • College education or equivalent experience with a focus on Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Networking preferred
  • Industry certifications are considered an asset
  • Familiarity with computer operating systems
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • This position requires a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance coverage meeting company-specified minimums, and the ability to meet the company's motor vehicle safety standards.
  • Ability to perform light lifting as required for the role
