Job description

Do you have a heart for serving others?  Our House Assisted Living is looking for a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Caregiver to join our team.  If you enjoy building meaningful relationships and making a positive difference in the lives of seniors, we'd love to hear from you!

Position:

  • Part-Time
  • Flexible scheduling
  • CNA Preferred (experienced caregivers are encouraged to apply)

Compensation:

  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Night shift differential (when applicable)
  • Weekend differential
  • Opportunities for additional hours and career growth

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Assist with meals and encourage resident independence whenever possible
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
  • Monitor residents' well-being and report concerns to the nursing team
  • Complete accurate documentation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned
  • Help create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents

Qualifications:

  • CNA certification preferred
  • Previous caregiving or assisted living experience is a plus
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently while providing exceptional resident care
  • Must be able to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
