What You'll Work On:

  • Ensure full compliance with safety standards, GMP requirements, and sanitation procedures, including oversight of third-party vendors

  • Lead and prioritize daily and weekly sanitation activities to maintain high housekeeping standards across designated plant areas

  • Monitor cleanliness of all assigned areas and verify GMP readiness through routine inspections of cleaning routes

  • Provide coaching and feedback to sanitation team members; support training and onboarding as needed

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure sanitation activities support uninterrupted plant operations

  • Manage sanitation-related inventory, including cleaning and gowning supplies; place orders and resolve supply or service issues with vendors

  • Submit, track, and monitor work orders, preventive maintenance (PMs), and repair requests

  • Troubleshoot sanitation equipment issues and partner with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution

  • Meet regularly with vendors to review performance, address concerns, and ensure service quality

  • Communicate effectively with leadership regarding team performance, operational challenges, and continuous improvement opportunities

  • Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by management

You'll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Shift - 8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday (subject to change due to the needs of the business)

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Previous manufacturing sanitation experience is a plus but no required.
