ProSidian Seeks a Document Review Level 4 | Document Classification/Declassification Review Engagement Team | Analyst 4 Labor Category - STD Level Exempt Professional aligned under services related to NAICS: 541611 located Washington, DC supporting The Office of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) is The Department of Energy (DOE)'s central organization responsible for health, safety, environment, and security; providing corporate-level leadership and strategic vision to coordinate and integrate these vital programs. EHSS is responsible for policy development and technical assistance; safety analysis; and corporate safety and security programs. The Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security advises DOE Senior Leadership on all matters related to environment, health, safety and security across the complex.

Seeking Document Review Level 4 candidates with relevant Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Resources, And Industrials Sector Clients such as EHSS. JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Cost Reimbursement (Document Review Level 4) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as The Department of Energy ( DOE | OC - EHSS) | Office of Classification (OC) | Office of Environment, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS) Located In Washington, DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Document Review Level 4

  • Conduct 2-person bracketing reviews and index classified information based on applicable classification guides.
  • Lead declassification reviews for sensitive documents.
  • Coordinate with DOE and other federal agencies to resolve classification issues.
Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Document Review Level 4 | Document Classification/Declassification Review Candidates:

  • In-depth knowledge of federal classification regulations (EO 13526, FOIA, Privacy Act).
  • Strong experience in leading document review processes and coordinating audits with government agencies.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to Restricted Data (RD) / Formerly Restricted Data (FRD) / Transclassified Foreign Nuclear Information (TFNI) / Department of Energy National Security Information (DOE NSI) documents.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in classification and declassification work.

Skills Required

  • Leadership and team coordination skills.
