JOB SUMMARY
Acrisure is seeking a Document Management Specialist to provide administrative and document management support to the claims team. This role is responsible for accurately processing claim documentation, maintaining electronic claim files, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities that help ensure an efficient claims operation.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, staying organized, and supporting a collaborative team environment. Previous insurance experience is beneficial but not required. We are willing to train someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to build a career within the insurance industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive, prepare, scan, and electronically file incoming claim documents
  • Accurately index documentation into the appropriate electronic claim files
  • Prepare letters, forms, and claim-related documents for mailing
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail processing
  • Maintain organized electronic records and documentation
  • Support claims professionals with general administrative and clerical activities
  • Ensure document accuracy and timely processing
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support experience beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
EDUCATION AND LICENSES
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional education or administrative experience beneficial

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
