Vehicle Processing Associate (Contract-to-Hire)

Location:

Dale, TX 78616

Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Vehicle Processing Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, documenting, and processing vehicles using handheld technology while working in an outdoor environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working around vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend a brief daily team meeting to review assignments, priorities, and updates.
  • Use a handheld device to clock in and begin daily tasks.
  • Check in incoming vehicles by scanning barcodes and completing required inspection steps.
  • Photograph vehicles to accurately document condition and inventory status.
  • Perform DID-related tasks, including removing wraps from trucks and passenger vehicles.
  • Follow all safety procedures while working around vehicles and equipment.
  • Maintain accuracy and efficiency throughout the vehicle processing workflow.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Comfortable working in environments that may involve potential hazards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Ability to use handheld scanning devices and mobile technology.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Requirements
  • Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required.
  • Must successfully complete:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
