Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $18/hour
Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Mailroom Associate to support daily mailroom, document processing, and delivery operations. This role is responsible for sorting, opening, organizing, preparing, scanning, and processing incoming and outgoing mail and documents with accuracy and efficiency.
The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment that requires accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of tasks. In addition to mailroom and document processing responsibilities, this position serves as a backup driver to support the transportation and delivery of mail, documents, equipment, and supplies as needed. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to operational excellence and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Learn about different types of healthcare documents and how to operate mailroom equipment.
  • Open mail, identify document types, and group documents together.
  • Hand off documents to our scan team - may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting 30~ pounds (one Banker's Box).
  • Learn Driving route to act as back up driver if needed
  • Train with Branch Manager to act as Lead when needed

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of experience in mailroom, clerical, office support, document processing, or related work
  • Experience with mail sorting, document prep, scanning, imaging, or shipping/receiving is preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds (e.g., banker's boxes)
