4POSITION SUMMARY:
Duties will be rotating between the E-Record, Verification, Indexing, Scanning and Public Help Desk departments as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operate the office e-recording based software program.
  • Perform initial verification of E-Record documents for recordability.
  • Perform verification of recorded documents.
  • Scanning of subdivision plans and recorded documents into the computer system.
  • Verify document images on our recording system are correct.
  • Enter and verify data from index books and recorded documents.
  • Perform redaction of recorded documents.
  • Assist the public with general information at the Public Help Desk.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Recorder of Deeds.
