In this role, you will help ensure operational excellence by delivering high-quality wide format printing services, maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistently meeting service level commitments. What You Will Do:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of document digitization and scanning activities from project initiation through completion while ensuring compliance with established Standards of Performance (SOP)
  • Supervise and manage on-site Xerox Digital Mail employees, providing direction, task delegation, and day-to-day operational support
  • Manage projects across multiple contract workstreams to ensure services are delivered on time and in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Coordinate project deliverables, monitor risks and issues, maintain DocuShare Flex and scanning platforms, and provide operational reporting to customer contacts and Xerox accounting teams
  • Build strong customer, vendor, and stakeholder relationships while driving continuous improvements across programs, projects, and operational processes

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience leading document digitization, digital mail, scanning, or production operations in a customer-focused environment
  • Demonstrated experience supervising employees and coordinating multiple operational projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing contract deliverables while meeting service level commitments and operational deadlines
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build effective customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Experience using or supporting document management platforms, production scanning technologies, or comparable operational systems
