Job Description

The Document Services Associate ll facilitates effective and efficient document servicing operations by supporting multiple workflows, processing outbound mail and opening, sorting, scanning and distributing received insurance-related mail. Key Responsibilities
  • Manages time-sensitive, complex or critical documents
  • Enables achievement of service level agreements by processing inbound and outbound mail quickly
  • Develops and enhances document servicing skills and knowledge by participating in cross-training
  • Manages outgoing documentation by processing high-volume of metered mail, preparing overnight packages, ensuring application of correct postage and updating records
  • Contributes to success of document servicing operations by assisting with quality checks, resolving minor processing issues and providing advice and guidance to peers
  • Facilitates preparation of incoming insurance-related mail by opening envelopes with industrial equipment, manually removing envelope contents and sorting documentation for scanning
  • Processes high volume of received documentation by reviewing and sorting individual documents, adding separator sheets and utilizing scanning equipment to capture mailed documentation within internal systems

    Compensation
