Key Responsibilities:
Reassemble and reflow translated content within Adobe InDesign book and chapter files, ensuring a flawless layout.
Maintain uniform formatting, styles, page numbering, and document structure across multiple files for a cohesive look.
Package InDesign documents—including fonts and linked assets—for printing and distribution, ensuring all components are complete.
Review translated manuals for layout issues such as text overflow, formatting inconsistencies, missing links, and pagination errors.
Update tables of contents, indexes, and document references as needed to ensure accuracy.
Organize and manage document versions, file naming conventions, and project assets to streamline workflows.
Support the document production process and assist with various project-related tasks.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to formatting guidelines.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of experience with Adobe InDesign, specifically working with book files.
Background in Graphic Design, UX, or Desktop Publishing workflows.
Proficiency with InDesign’s Packaging feature.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing multilingual documentation projects.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of file organization and naming conventions.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
