SPS Global is seeking a detail-oriented and technology-driven Digital Document Service Specialist to support high-volume document processing and imaging operations. Job Overview

The Digital Document Service Specialist supports digital imaging and document processing operations by classifying, indexing, and validating scanned documents while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), company procedures, and regulatory requirements.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining document accuracy, data integrity, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced production environment.

Reports To:
Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership


What You'll DoDocument Imaging & Processing
  • Classify scanned documents and input information into predefined system fields
  • Review and validate scanned documents to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Match corresponding paperwork to appropriate accounts and apply established business rules
  • Process high-volume digital documents while meeting required SLAs and productivity standards
Data Entry & Quality Assurance
  • Perform fast and accurate alpha-numeric data entry
  • Maintain attention to detail while handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Verify data accuracy and resolve document discrepancies when identified
  • Ensure document indexing and classification standards are followed consistently
Compliance & Operational Support
  • Adhere to all governmental regulations, company policies, and operational procedures
  • Protect organizational assets and maintain strict confidentiality standards
  • Uphold ethical business practices and workplace compliance requirements
  • Assist with additional operational tasks and cross-functional support as needed
