As a Finance Transformation Manager, Enterprise Performance Management,you'llwork as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Engagement Delivery

    • Work on challenging and rewarding engagements with multidisciplinary teams

    • Conduct organizational diagnostics on financial processes

    • Define business requirements for the acquisition and application configurationofEPMtools

    • Conduct analyses in support of process performance measurement and improvement initiatives (e.g.costing, cost-benefit, benchmarking)

    • Establish credibility with existing and new clients bydemonstratingsubject matterexpertiseand knowledge in finance

    • Vendor and software selection (including business requirements gathering)

    • Lead orparticipatein organizational diagnostics on financial processes, financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, managementreportingand dashboard

  • Engagement Management

    • Support the engagement director / partner in managing engagement risk and project economics

    • Work to define and manage scope and objectives

    • Develop and foster relationships with client leaders and stakeholders

    • Identify,monitorand help resolve project issues and risks

    • Coach and train junior team members on technical and project management aspects of engagement

    • Prepare deliverable content

    • Review and ensure engagement deliverables meet PwC and client quality expectations

  • Business Development

    • Participate in aspects of the proposal development process

    • Contribute to proposal writing

    • Team with PwC colleagues in other lines of services in support of client needs for Finance Consulting services

  • Must have 5-7+ years within consulting and software implementation

  • Hands on experienceworking withleading EPM applicationsor implementing EPM applicationssuch as OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM or SAP EPM or other

  • Experience in the followingareasisan asset:

    • Multidimensionaldatamodels(dimensions,hierarchies,attributes...)

    • Input template and report build

    • Data Integration and Extract Transform and Load (ETL) concepts

    • Understanding of calcs (allocation, top-down spreading, currencies)

    • Workflow, datapermissionsand Security

  • MBA and/or a CPA designation is an asset

  • Certified on one or more of the leading EPM applications is a plusas well as having experience indesigning,buildingand testingEPM applications

  • Workingexpertiseor understanding in many, if not all, of the coreAccountingareas:

    • Performance Management - executive dashboards management reporting, planning, budgeting & forecasting, analytics & decision support

    • Record-to-Report - financial close, consolidation, financial reporting, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Payroll

  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, and an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

  • Extensive experience and knowledge in Financial Management leading practices in process, technology, data,structureand people

  • Relevant experience in a managerial role on transformational initiatives,demonstratingknowledge of strategy, operations and technology used to serve their clients and stakeholders

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences,developingand coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400.The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range for PwC locations in major citycentres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations.
