Nous avons l'une des equipes de genie-conseil en environnement et geosciences les plus experimentees au Canada et sommes a la recherche d'un gestionnaire de projet pour notre equipe d'evaluation environnementale et de mobilisation communautaire - secteur industriel.

Nous recherchons une personne dynamique capable d'agir a titre de professionnel en matiere d'evaluations d'impact environnemental et social et d'autorisations et de permisenvironnementaux. Le candidat ideal sera motive par la comprehension des enjeux environnementaux lies aux grands projets qui faconnent le Quebec moderne. La personne retenue relevera duSuperviseurd'equipe, Evaluation environnementale et mobilisation communautaire - Secteur Industriel.

Votre role
  • Gestion de projet (incluant l'elaboration du programme technique, la gestion du personnel et des ressources, la supervision des budgets et des echeanciers de livraison, la mise en uvre des controles d'assurance qualite et la garantie de l'atteinte des objectifs du client);

  • Comprehension pour l'atteinte des objectifs du client, le respect des protocoles techniques, des lignes directrices et des reglements applicables aux travaux/projets realises, ainsi que du cadre de developpement sous-jacent;

  • Assurer la liaison entre les clients et l'equipe de projet d'AtkinsRealiset/ou les organismes de reglementation, le cas echeant;

  • Participation a la preparation des propositions, incluant l'elaboration de la strategie d'execution, du budget et de l'echeancier pour les projets industriels et miniers;

  • Participer aux evaluations d'impact en coordonnant et/ou en participant a de multiples aspects environnementaux, notamment l'identification des impacts environnementaux et sociaux, la coordination des experts, la preparation des rapports et l'interpretation des resultats selon les normes applicables;

  • Assurer le role de responsable de l'environnement dans les projets d'ingenierie;

  • Soutenir la mise en uvre et l'application continue des programmes d'assurance qualite et des politiques et procedures de l'entreprise, y compris en matiere d'ethique et de conformite.

A propos de vous
  • Baccalaureat dans un domaine environnemental (une maitrise est un atout);

  • Plus de10ans d'experience pratique et progressive en consultation environnementale;

  • Le titre de PMP (Project Management Professional) ou la possibilite d'acquerir la certification professionnelle CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) dans les six mois, constitue une condition a l'emploi si vous n'etes pas actuellement inscrit en tant que PMP;

  • Excellentes competences redactionnelles, analytiques et de synthese;

  • Connaissance des normes, reglements et lignes directrices environnementales municipales, provinciales et federales applicables a l'octroi de permis environnementaux aux differentes etapes du developpement de projets ou dans le cadre d'evaluations des impacts environnementaux et sociaux au Quebec et au niveau federal, le cas echeant;

  • Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale en francais.
