As part of Novolex, Pactiv Evergreen serves food, beverage, and specialty packaging customers across foodservice, delivery/carryout, processing, grocery/retail, and industrial sectors. • Utilize fundamental hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical knowledge; support PC component needs as required.
  • Read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and specifications; leverage CAD tools (AutoCAD, Vizio, etc.).
  • Stay current with cutting‑edge automation and control methods.
  • Deploy PDCA and other problem‑solving techniques to eliminate root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Serve as a senior technical resource for shift electricians; train peers and cross‑functional partners.
  • Direct contractors effectively to minimize downtime.
  • Own technical document control: procedures, manuals, drawings, and accurate as‑built records.
  • Support flexible coverage, including occasional weekends/holidays and call‑ins.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; apprenticeship or equivalent training.
  • Associate’s degree in maintenance or industrial technology preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance with strong automation/controls experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, Outlook, SAP, etc.
