Position Overview:
The Cash & Carry Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, order fulfillment, quality control, inventory accuracy, and in-store customer transactions.
This role combines:
  • Warehouse picking & packing.
  • Quality control.
  • Inventory management.
  • Equipment operation (if certified).
  • Cash & Carry customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking & Fulfillment:
  • Accurately locate and gather products to fulfill customer and orders.
  • Inspect items for accuracy and quality before packing or release.
  • Prepare shipments securely to prevent damage in transit.
  • Maintain speed and accuracy standards.
Quality Control (QC) & Accuracy:
  • Conduct thorough QC checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Identify discrepancies or damaged items and report immediately.
  • Follow strict QC and safety procedures.
  • Assist in training new associates on packing and quality standards when needed.
Inventory Management:
  • Maintain organized warehouse inventory for efficient operations.
  • Count, record, and replenish stock accurately.

  • Address inventory discrepancies promptly.
Equipment & Warehouse Operations:
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment.

Cash & Carry Support:
  • Assist walk-in wholesale customers with order fulfillment.
