Job description

Driven Auto Body has become one of the fastest growing Auto Body repair shops in Siouxland, and we are looking for highly motivated individuals that want to grow with us! The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and professional workplace. We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to help support our booming body shop business and to provide our customers with exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • This position enhances the customer experience throughout the repair process to assist them with getting their car back on the road by providing exceptional customer service
  • Daily phone contact with our customers, insurance company personnel and vendors
  • Manages customer payments
  • Communicate with estimators
  • Create and manage files for customers
  • Schedule appointments for customers
  • Provides administrative support to body shop operations
  • Oversee and assist in the entire repair process, helping technicians succeed, from parts ordering/returns and supplement/estimate writing to overseeing quality assurance and control
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of documents/forms, answer calls, and maintain files and customer information
  • Perform clerical tasks to assist with daily operations, such as data entry, file paperwork, etc.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of related customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting
  • Demonstrated computer/software proficiency
  • Bilingual (Spanish, English) is preferred but not required
  • Clerical experience is required
  • Must be dependable!
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • Able to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong time management skills
  • Have a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service
  • Have a positive attitude with the desire to grow personally and professionally
  • Team oriented
  • Collision repair experience: 2 years preferred but not required
  • Dependable and adaptable – enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
  • Excellent communication skills, high level of initiative, and ability to work as part of a team
  • Able to relate well to diverse audiences
  • Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Good time management skills
  • Honest and great work ethic
