This role sets the standard for document control practices, partners closely with internal teams and external collaborators, and ensures teams always have the right information at the right time. It’s a highly visible role with real influence on project quality, compliance, and delivery.Responsibilities:Establish and govern document control standards, workflows, and guidelines across projectsLead oversight of document management systems including Autodesk Forma (fka ACC), Procore, and SharePointEnsure accurate distribution, version control, audit trails, and archival of project documentationServe as the partner for document control issues and cross‑company coordinationTrain and support project teams while driving continuous improvement and automationLeveraging AI in the development of more efficient Document Control workflows.Minimum Qualifications:2+ years of experience in document control for construction, engineering, or capital projectsAdvanced experience with document management platforms such as ACC, Procore, or SharePointStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and document lifecyclesDemonstrated ability to lead processes independently and collaborate across teamsExceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliancePreferred Qualifications:Experience leading or overseeing a document control function or teamFamiliarity with BIM workflows and integration with document control systemsExperience supporting large, multi-phase, or critical construction programsKnowledge of ISO standards or formal quality management systemsStrong training, mentoring, and partner communication skillsThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$90,000.00 - $182,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
