SUMMARY

Document Management Analyst will support the Health and Human Services (HHS), Office for Civil Rights (OCR) as an integral contributor to the success and performance of OCR and further OCR's mission as described above thru various mission support activities.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to obtain a customer clearance for access to facilities, equipment, and property.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provides general administrative support to OCR.

Conducts administrative tasks associated with intake for complaints received via mail, fax, or email, including assisting with printing and mailing OCR complaint packages and closure letters.

Conducts routine office functions with minimal direction and has experience with a variety of computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Participates in the receipt and triage of new complaints ensuring all applicable policies and rules are followed.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Minimum educational experience is an Associate's degree from an accredited college/university or specialized experience equivalent to the GS-5 level or higher in the Federal Government.

Must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic.

The estimated pay range for this role is $21 to $23 per hour, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
