Adecco is recruiting for a Doc Prep / Scanning position in Wichita, KS. This is a temporary opportunity that starts immediately.
M-F, 7:00am to 3:30pm (possible flexibility in this)
$16.00 - 16.50 per hour DOE
Overview:
Convert paper records into digital files by operating imaging equipment and indexing the digital files. Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Prepare physical documents for scanning by organizing, sorting, and verifying accuracy
Operate scanning equipment to convert paper documents into digital formats
Ensure high-quality digital images by adjusting scanner settings and performing quality checks
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically for easy retrieval
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information throughout all tasks
Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior Doc Prep/Scanning experience preferred
Office experience with strong organizational skills
Strong Attention to detail
Ability to sit and stand for this position
Ability to handle confidential documents

Pay Details: $16.00 to $16.50 per hour
