Job Title: System admin (USC, GC only)

Location: Evansville, IN

Requirements:

  • Experience in Active Directory, Azure, Windows and Linux server support, and file share management.
  • At least 3-5+ years of troubleshooting and break fix analysis in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members
  • Ability to talk with non-technical users, with a positive outlook.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the following technologies: Ansible, PowerShell, DNS, DHCP, Arista Switches, ACP USP, Confluence, Service Now, Jira, Grafana OnCall, remote administration.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM tool, Confluence, and Jira are preferred.
