The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking a Customer Service Center Assistant Manager for our Altavista Customer Service Center. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to make a real impact by leading a team that provides essential motor vehicle and driver services to Virginia's citizens.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service across all DMV programs-including driver licensing, vehicle registration, dealer services, and tax collection. You will assist the Customer Service Center Manager in coordinating programs, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and the Virginia Motor Vehicle Code. In the Manager's absence, you'll step in to oversee the center's full operations.

Key Responsibilities
