Job description

Call Center Positions

Our client is looking for Call Center Representatives to support their sales/title and funding and BPO (Business Process Outsource).

Several positions open. Target hiring by the 15th of March โ€“ end of March. GAPS in lifecycle and backlog from super bowl add campaign systems awareness โ€“ they need to be processed โ€“ sales financial acumen โ€“ dealing with credit, etc.

Systems: SalesForce/ZenDesk/Five9

Location: Building a new location for growth. Right now, locations are in Galleria and Southwest Side of Town. Tuesdays for start date โ€“ possible Thursdays.

Target start date: March 2. Interview โ€“ Hiring Manager โ€“ 3 โ€“ 5 P.

Responsibilities
  • Processes high volume of transactions for in and out-of-state registrations, ensures tax and title documents are completed and processed with high accuracy for all states.
  • Manages transfer of ownership of paperwork within DMV regulations for in and out-of-state transactions.
  • Maintains awareness of updates and changes within the tag and title documentation practices, standards, and processes across all states.
  • Interacts with customers and employees in resolving titling and vehicle registration and all other general related issues. Processes dealer trades and wholesale transactions.
  • Responsible for meeting and maintaining departmental performance indicators and team metrics.
  • Assist with outside lenders to ensure timely funding.
  • Consult with customers to answer incoming calls with questions about purchase paperwork. Collect and verify stipulations with customers to ensure all application requirements are met.
  • Prepare and send paperwork to customers after a sales agent has completed the transaction.
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding paperwork questions and to ensure expedited return.
  • Verify completeness of paperwork while maintaining a compliant audit trail of documents.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to deliver top notch customer service to our internal/external customers.
  • Understanding of the importance of consistency, accuracy and detail-orientation required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism via phone and email.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Possess the ability to change priorities quickly as time-sensitive needs arise.
  • Able to adapt to a fluctuating workflow, particularly during periods of high loan volume.
  • Must be able to work both as part of a cohesive team and independently within set guidelines.
  • Committed to providing exceptional service in a professional manner.
  • Quick and accurate using internal online tools.
  • Strong prioritizing and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, with little direction.
  • Must be a team player with a positive, winning attitude.
  • Good computer and software knowledge essential.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. BA / BS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Zendesk, or other equivalent CRM tools.
