Familiarity with relational databases (like PostgreSQL or MySQL), version control systems (such as Git), and deployment tools is essential, and certifications in Python or Django can be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication help developers collaborate and deliver robust solutions efficiently. These skills and qualities are crucial for building secure, scalable web applications and adapting to evolving project requirements.
