Job Description Summary

We are seeking for a highly motivated and skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with deep expertise on Back End and Front End Services. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership in guiding a team of developers through all stages of the SDLC. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure scalable, high-performance systems that meet evolving business needs for the Supervisory Technology group.

Job Description

This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds - flexibility and collaboration. In-office days will be 2-3 averaging 10-12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.

Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design , development and delivery of cutting edge Supervisory Technology solutions.

  • Collaborate with Supervisory business , Business Analysts , Project Managers and Cross team to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

  • Participate in code reviews, system testing, and validation procedures.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, modular design, and secure coding standards.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and maintainability.

  • Participate in production support rotations and respond to escalated issues as needed.

Skills:

  • 6-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting scalable, distributed applications.

  • Proven leadership experience in guiding development teams and influencing technical direction

  • Strong expertise on Java or Python tech stacks as below but not limited to

    Front End - React / Angular

    Server Side - Springboot / Django / Fast API

    Backend - Oracle / Postgres / MySQL

  • Expert level knowledge in Public Cloud - preferable AWS

  • Knowledge on Kubernetes , Containerization , OAUTH , Testing Framework , JSP , XSL

  • Knowledge of LLM 's , Actimize is a plus
