Compensation: $125,000–$175,000 Base + Annual Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + Relocation

A global manufacturer is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a world-class manufacturing operation. This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished manufacturing leader with an engineering degree and a proven track record driving operational excellence in high-volume manufacturing.


Engineering Degree Required


We are seeking candidates with leadership experience in one or more of the following industries:

  • Food Manufacturing
  • Food Packaging
  • Paper & Packaging
  • Printing / Converting
  • Thermoforming
  • Automotive Manufacturing


Responsibilities

  • Lead manufacturing operations across multiple production areas
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance
  • Develop and mentor high-performing manufacturing teams
  • Ensure GMP, ISO, environmental, and safety compliance
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations leadership


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Required)
  • 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
  • Strong Lean Manufacturing and TPM experience
  • Six Sigma experience is highly desirable
  • Experience managing large manufacturing operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills
