Job description

Division Manager

Currently seeking a Division Manager to become an integral part of our team. You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations in multiple cities and states. Bilingual-Spanish is a plus (but not required).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Building customer relationships and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Manage and improve operational practices
  • Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
  • Conduct customer visits to ensure expectations are being met
  • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
  • Conduct quality and safety inspections to ensure company standards are being met
  • Achieve revenue goals and maintain budgets
  • Manage the growth and retention of all accounts for assigned region

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 7 - 10 years previous experience with managing multiple accounts in a leadership role
  • Bilingual-Spanish preferred, but not required
  • Heavy customer relationship management
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Previous experience supervising and developing others
  • Responsible for succession planning and career development of management
  • Must be willing to travel regularly
  • Must have a clear Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 3 years
