Position Overview:
Ibility is looking for aย Seniorย Requirementsย Analystย with knowledge and experience in federalย financial managementย using Momentumย Financialsย to supportย theย Department of Veterans Affairs.ย This role comesย with a focus on supportingย external customers with analyzing current business processes, developing functional requirements,ย and tracing requirements fromย initialย identification through testing andย implementation.ย We are seeking candidates for a hybrid-locationย role inย Arlington,ย VAย orย forย full-time remote work.ย 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support external customers with analyzing current business processes, developing business requirements, and documenting management processes and corresponding software requirements.ย 
  • Provide Federal Financials subject matter expertise using Momentum Financials.ย 
  • Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate with customers to facilitate structured discussions, refine business processes, and decompose complex requirements into Epics, Features, and actionable User Stories in a SAFe Agile environment.ย ย 
  • Requirements Consolidation: Conduct reviews of existing requirements, artifacts and repositories and working with external customers to make needed updates.ย  ย ย 
  • Gap Analysis & Traceability: Map requirements to CGI's Momentum Financials to determine which needs are met through configuration. Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) from elicitation through testing and implementation.ย 
  • Strategic Roadmapping: Assist in developing the Implementation Plan and Roadmap, identifying dependencies across system interfaces, data conversion, and federal reporting requirements.ย 
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify and log program risks. Perform Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) for complex requirements and present recommendations to executive leadership.ย 
Required Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting system implementation efforts (requirements analysis, process design, validation, testing, or implementation planning).ย 
  • Proficiency managing requirements utilizing Agility or JIRA.ย 
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients.ย 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.ย 
  • An outstanding ability to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.ย 
  • 4-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or similar.ย 
  • Highly energetic and proactive worker who consistently follows through, moves fast, and keeps stakeholders informed.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with strong customer service mindset.
  • Team-first attitude and proven dependability, with strong organization skills and an eye for the details.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and receive a government clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience in recruitment)
  • VA or Federal financial management experience preferred.ย 
  • Experience working with CGI's Momentum Financials.ย 
  • Proficiencyย managing requirementsย utilizingย Agility or JIRA.ย 
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (SAFe preferred).ย
