Brown & Brown is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Minneapolis, MN!
The Personal Lines Account Manager supports new and renewal business by preparing submissions, delivering daily customer service and account management, coordinating program marketing and underwriting activities, and completing administrative tasks with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and Personal Lines insurance expertise.
How You Will Contribute:
  • Gather, review, and organize information to complete submissions and applications for new and renewal business
  • Perform day-to-day customer service consultation and account management
  • Program Marketing and Underwriting Management
  • Perform administrative duties such as billing, processing and maintaining database

Licenses & Certifications:
  • Must hold a current Property & Casualty insurance license or obtain within 6 months

Skills & Experience to be Successful:
  • Motivated insurance professional with minimum of 3+ years' experience in Personal Lines insurance (specifically auto and homeowner's insurance lines)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven commitment to high-quality customer service
  • Strong attention to detail

Pay Range
$26.44 - $36.06 Hourly
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
