• Conduct individual therapy sessions remotely via our secure online platform, providing a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
• Establish and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, leveraging evidence-based practices to ensure effective outcomes.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed, utilizing various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality is upheld.
• Work collaboratively with a network of mental health professionals as needed to manage complex cases, fostering a holistic approach to client care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and case consultations to continuously improve therapeutic techniques and interventions.

You will serve a diverse clientele seeking mental health support, ranging from individuals experiencing anxiety and depression to those navigating more complex emotional challenges. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a mental health therapist in the state, which can include:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Proficiency in conducting individual therapy with a demonstrated understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Technologically savvy, with the ability to utilize telehealth systems effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Capacity to work independently while also integrating into a collaborative team environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing individual therapy in a clinical or private practice setting.
• Background in working with diverse populations, particularly in a remote service setting, is highly valued.
• Experience with specific therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is a plus.
