In this full-time position, you will utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods while providing virtual support to clients, enabling them to navigate life's challenges and enhance their mental well-being.

Work Environment

This is a completely remote position, allowing you to create your own workspace that aligns with your professional needs. You will connect with clients through telehealth platforms, engaging in live video sessions. Our commitment to flexibility means you can set your schedule within standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality mental health care to adult clients through weekly video sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to ensure comprehensive treatment plans that address mental and emotional concerns effectively.
  • Implement and interpret automatically administered symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to evaluate and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights and receiving support from colleagues while contributing to a culture of collaboration and continual improvement.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on providing therapeutic support to adult clients dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other emotional distress. You will play a critical role in fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings while making strides toward positive change.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current and active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective telehealth therapy with experience working with adolescents and young adults.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, vital for effective client interaction and documentation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Ability to work independently from home, supported by a reliable internet connection and a private environment to ensure patient confidentiality.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing virtual therapy in a collaborative setting.
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and assessment tools to assess client needs accurately.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, based on experience.
