This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining the highest standards of mental health care. • Design and implement individualized and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing the unique psychological needs of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment logs and progress notes.
• Manage a diverse caseload of patients exhibiting a range of psychological disorders, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions and practices.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to conduct assessments and collaboratively create effective resolution plans with clients and their families.
• Actively engage in crisis intervention when necessary, applying therapeutic interventions to stabilize and support clients during challenging situations.
• Provide personalized counseling services, including individual, couple, and family therapy, and make appropriate referrals to specialized professionals as required.
• Regularly assess and reassess the psychological needs of patients, creating action plans that align with their evolving requirements in a primary care unit context.
• Document treatment strategies, progress summaries, and revisions as necessary, contributing to the overall care structure.
• Facilitate educational and supportive programs for patients and their families, ensuring they have the resources needed for effective care.

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client base facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clientele includes individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health issues. Your role will allow you to make a substantial impact on their journeys toward healing and recovery.

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
• State licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory for this position.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency and familiarity with mental health treatment modalities.

• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of various cultural backgrounds is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings.
• Familiarity with digital tools and telehealth platforms to facilitate remote counseling effectively.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
• Sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 to welcome you aboard.
• Fluid work schedule allowing for 5-40 hours per week, giving you control over your commitments.
• An additional potential for bonuses based on state licensure of up to $2,000.
